To work with Copy and Paste
Step 1
First you must highlight the words you want to copy. Then choose the Edit tab from the menu bar and select Copy.
Step 2
Place the insert point to the place where you want to paste the object or words. After that select the Edit menu and click Paste.

Finally, you will see the result as shown by the image below.
