To create a Map

Step 1

You must highlight the data that you want to display to the map first.

Step 2

Choose the Create menu and click on the Map in the menu.

Step 3

Place the insert pointer to the place where you want to insert the map. After that select the map in the list box and then click on the OK button.

Step 4

Finally, you will see the result as shown by the image below.
